1. Patients with recurred atrial fibrillation between 20 and 80 years
2. Left Atrium diameter <55mm
3. patients possible to anticoagulation and anti arrhythmic drug
1. Atrial fibrillation accompanying a structural heart disease that is subjected to severe heart defects or hematological effects.
2. Patient with severe renal dysfunction or contraindication to brain perfusion CT
3. Patient have history on maze surgery.
4. patient with active internal bleeding
5. Impossible to anticoagulation or antiarrhythmic drug
6. valvular Atrial fibrillation (Mitral Atresia > grade 2, Mechanical valve, Mitral valve replacement)
7. Patients with severe medical disease
8. Expected survival < 1 year
9. Drug addiction or Severe alcoholics
10. Pregnancy
11. Patients judged unfit to participate in a clinical trial by the researchers' judgment
