入排标准
入选标准
- •Children aged 6 months-2 years of either gender with developmental delay/regression with Skin hyperpigmentation, Sparse/ lightly pigmented hair, and Tremors.
排除标准
- •Received oral/parenteral vitamin B12 within one month prior to admission.
- •Known case of hemolytic anemia/other hematological disorder.
- •Tremors due to any other known neuro pathology and on treatment.
- •Children with normal serum vitamin B12 levels.
- •Refusal of consent by parent/guardian.
