Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiology class I and II
Weight 50-70kgs
Patients scheduled for elective supratentorial brain tumour surgeries more than 2.5cm ,symptomatic and with radiological evidence of raised Intracranial pressure
Exclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiology class III,IV and V
Predicted difficult airway
Non consenting patients
History of allergy with Ketamine
Pregnant and lactating females
Patients with organ dysfunction
