Inclusion Criteria
all cases os suspected intracrainal space occupying lesion undergoing dynamic susceptibility contrast and ASL in a 3T MR scanner in KMC manipal
Exclusion Criteria
cases with images having severe motion/ susceptibility artefacts.
in case of known pregnancy.
cases with previously confirmed diagnosis.
previous history of resection/biopsy/treatment
