- •1.Pregnancy
- •2.Patient refusal.
- •3.Patients with evidence of arrhythmias and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
- •4.Body Mass Index(BMI) >35kg/m2
- •5. Chronic sedative use.
- •6.Known psychiatric illness.
- •7.Allergy to any of the above mentioned drugs used in the study.
