Inclusion Criteria

1. Ophthalmology patient who have diabetic retinopathy and/or cataract and/or wet type of age-related macular degeneration
2.Age ≥ 18 years old
3.No mental health related problem nor mental retardation
4.Native language of Thai

Exclusion Criteria

1Patient/respondents who indicated for not understand the task on a feasibility questionnaire
2. Patient/respondents who did not differentiate between any of different health states
3.Patient/respondents who did not trade off any time (non -trader)
