Inclusion Criteria

Age between 15-20
Willingness to participate in the study
Have undergone blood transfusion at least once every 6 months and at least once a week
Having a thalassemia medical record
Have a minimum literacy

Exclusion Criteria

Severe and chronic diseases such as cancer that can not be studied
Drug addiction (false impact on research units)
Severe mental illness and severe frustration

Timepoint: Measuring life expectancy at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 35 days later (3 weeks of the intervention and 2 weeks after).
