Inclusion Criteria

INCLUSION CRITERIA:

1.ASA I/II

2.Age 18 to 65 years

3.Either sex

4.BMI < 30

Exclusion Criteria

EXCLUSION CRITERIA:

1.Unwilling for consent

2.ASA >= 3

3.Obesity with BMI > 30

4.Contraindications for Epidural Anaesthesia

5.Undilated pelvicalyceal system

We conclude segmental epidural anaesthesia is a safe alternative technique to general anesthesia avoiding its complications for PCNL. <br/ ><br>2. Both drugs were comparable & safe.Timepoint: All vital parameters including level of sensory block were monitered every 5 min for first 30 min then every 10 min till end of surgery.All the patients in both the groups were monitored post operatively every 1-hour for first 6 hours & every 6 hours up to 24 hours for hemodynamic parameters.
