入排标准
入选标准
- •All gender participants age between 20-45 years with mechanical neck pain.
- •Individuals having localized neck pain and stiffness
- •Craniovertebral angle: < 48 - 50
- •Pain reported on VAS score >3/10 in neck region
排除标准
- •Diagnosed with Neural disorders due to prolapsed intervertebral disc in cervical region.
- •Any trauma or localised infection in neck region.
- •Trypanophobia (fear of needle).
- •Severe osteoporosis
- •Malignancies
- •Diagnosed with upper motor neuron diseases, cervical stenosis and metabolic diseases in bone and joints.
- •Participants with history of surgery in cervical spine region within a year.
- •Ongoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, steroid therapy or anti coagulants
