入选标准
- •Subjects with dysmenorrhea as screened by VAS>= 3 & WaLIDD scale (>=5 moderate
- •to severe) within age group
- •18 to 28 yrs.
- •Presence of MTP in any of these muscles
- •Rectus Abdominis, Internal Obliques, External Obliques, Quadratus Lumborum and Para Spinals.
排除标准
- •Diagnosed case of any underlying pelvic pathology,
- •Abdominopelvic surgeries,
- •Known case of secondary dysmenorrhea,
- •Subjects on pain medication or on hormonal therapy on a regular basis for any
- •diagnosed condition other than primary dysmenorrhea,
- •Subjects hesitant to take Dry needling and
- •subjects with known allergic reactions to needle.
