Inclusion Criteria
1. Parturients of American society of Anaesthesiologists class I and Ii
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal,
2.drug allergy to study medications,
3.localised infection over site of injection, 4.significant coagulopathies and 5.contraindications to regional anaesthesia, 6.patients with heart disease,
7.altered renal or liver functions, 8.psychological disorders,
9.patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and diabetes mellitus,
10.chronic use of pain medicines, and
11.BMI >35 or weight <50kg.
