入选标准
- •1.ICU/Hospitalized patients of any age and gender with invasive fungal infections confirmed by culture, histopathology, microscopy or DNA evidence, as per the EORTC/MSG criteria, 2019 and Blot criteria 2012,19 (only proven and probable IFI cases)
- •2.All hospitalised cases of Mycetoma and chromoblastomycosis
排除标准
- •1.OPD patients
- •2.Possible cases and patients without evidence of invasive disease or those with colonisation only are not eligible.
- •3.Patients with superficial infections, and allergic fungal diseases like allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis will not be included.
- •4.Infection limited to the skin only will also be excluded.
