1.ICU/Hospitalized patients of any age and gender with invasive fungal infections confirmed by culture, histopathology, microscopy or DNA evidence, as per the EORTC/MSG criteria, 2019 and Blot criteria 2012,19 (only proven and probable IFI cases)
2.All hospitalised cases of Mycetoma and chromoblastomycosis
1.OPD patients
2.Possible cases and patients without evidence of invasive disease or those with colonisation only are not eligible.
3.Patients with superficial infections, and allergic fungal diseases like allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis will not be included.
4.Infection limited to the skin only will also be excluded.
