Optimal home systolic blood pressure for the induction of remission/regression of microalbuminuria might be below 130 mmHg. It is required to confirm whether keeping home systolic blood pressure below 130mmHg leads to subsequent renoprotection or not.

(1) Pregnant (2) Patients who can not measure home blood pressure (3) Patients with orthostatic hypotension. Patients who suffered from cerebrovascular disease in a year. (4) Patients with urinary tract infection. Patients with congestive heart disease. Patients with neurogenic bladder. Patients with glomerulonephritis.
