(1) Age= 75 years old;<br>(2) primary unilateral hip fracture;<br>(3) ASA classification: I-III level;<br>(4) Patients who have received preoperative frailty-related score records;<br>(5) At least one myocardial enzyme spectrum has been tested within 72 hours after surgery;
(1) Patient refusal;<br>(2) Patients who have not received preoperative frailty-related score records or lack of relevant clinical data;<br>(3) multiple trauma or high-energy injuries;<br>(4) old or pathological fractures;<br>(5) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases before surgery;<br>(6) Hip fracture surgery combined with other surgeries;<br>(7) Instability during operation, such as hemodynamic instability requiring maintenance of vasoactive drugs or anti-arrhythmic drugs, large amount of surgical bleeding, and significant prolongation of operation time.
