Inclusion Criteria

1.Eligible patients with smear-positive fungal corneal ulcer

2.Baseline visual acuity of 20/40.

3.Patients age should be more than 16

4.Willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

1.Impending perforation

2.Evidence of bacterial, Acanthamoeba, or herpetic keratitis;

3.Age less than 16 years

4.Bilateral ulcers or visual acuity worse than 20/200 (1.0 logMAR) in the nonaffected eye

5.Pregnancy, by history or urine test, or breastfeeding.

6.Known allergy to study medication.
