This is the observational study in which 30 patients will be selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria the data related to this study will be collected from each patients by using Envagai Thervu . All collected data will be entered into MS Excel Software. STATA Software will be used to perform statistical analysis . The percentage of the observed Eight Fold examination will be noted
