Thepurpose of the present study is to compare the clinical efficacy of calcium phospho silicate (NovaBone® putty) and calcium phospho silicate (NovaBone® putty) with PRF gel in treatment ofinfrabony periodontal defects.

Inclusion Criteria

Patients diagnosed as Chronic/ Aggressive Periodontitis with greater than 30% of the sites having attachment loss.

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant or lactating mothers, smokers and or alcoholics.
