Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All consenting medical officers in the study area.
  • All consenting patients aged more than 18 years in the study area diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infections/ acute diarrhoea.
  • All assenting parents of children/patients 14\-18 years in the study area diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infections/ acute diarrhoea.
  • All consenting parents of children aged less than 14 years in the study area diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infections/ acute diarrhoea.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Those who did not give consent to participate.
  • AYUSH medical officers will not be included.
  • Those who have already been prescribed medications for same illness.
  • Children aged less than 14 years visiting health centres without parents.
