入选标准
- •1.Age between 18 and 75 years
- •2.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in thoracic surgery
- •3.Postoperative use of PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) for pain relief
- •4.Treatment and follow-up according to the trial protocol, and signing of the informed consent form
排除标准
- •1.Patients with other painful conditions preoperatively who are taking analgesics
- •2.Patients who develop severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction postoperatively
- •3.Patients who do not use PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) for pain relief postoperatively or who use other analgesics
- •4. Patients who use other analgesics postoperatively or increase PCA dosage
- •5.Patients who are unable to undergo acupuncture or experience needle phobia
- •6.Patients with allergies to acupuncture
- •7.Patients with sensory abnormalities due to peripheral neuropathy
- •8.Patients whose critical condition postoperatively makes them unsuitable for continued inclusion in the study
