1.Age between 18 and 75 years
2.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in thoracic surgery
3.Postoperative use of PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) for pain relief
4.Treatment and follow-up according to the trial protocol, and signing of the informed consent form
1.Patients with other painful conditions preoperatively who are taking analgesics
2.Patients who develop severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction postoperatively
3.Patients who do not use PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) for pain relief postoperatively or who use other analgesics
4. Patients who use other analgesics postoperatively or increase PCA dosage
5.Patients who are unable to undergo acupuncture or experience needle phobia
6.Patients with allergies to acupuncture
7.Patients with sensory abnormalities due to peripheral neuropathy
8.Patients whose critical condition postoperatively makes them unsuitable for continued inclusion in the study
