Name Time Method Running performance (distance in meters) in a 3000-meter time trial of street runners subjected to two types of time protocols under tension associated with isometric and concentric/eccentric muscular actions in the TF.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Ground contact time (measured in milliseconds) in a 3000-meter time trial of street runners subjected to two types of time-under-tension protocols associated with isometric and concentric/eccentric muscular actions in the TF.;Subjective perceived exertion (RPE) in a 3000 meter time trial of street runners submitted to two types of time under tension protocols associated with isometric and concentric/eccentric muscular actions in the TF.;Levels of neuromuscular fatigue (CMJ) in a 3000-meter time trial of street runners subjected to two types of time protocols under tension associated with isometric and concentric/eccentric muscular actions in the TF.;Peak torque (Newton-meter) of the knee extensor muscles of street runners subjected to two types of time under tension protocols associated with isometric and concentric/eccentric muscular actions in the TF.
