1) patients planned nasal surgery under general anesthesia
2) over 17 year old
3) patents who approve to participate the study voluntaruly
4) patents in American Society of Anesthesia physical status 1-3
1) patients who don't approve to participation
2) patients who have psychologic disease based on DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-4th edition)
3) patients who have taken drugs including neuroleptics, benzodiazepine over 2 weeks within 1 month
4) history of allergy to opioids or NSAIDs(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
5) diagnosed with asthma or nasal polyp
6) anyone who is not appropriate according to resercher's decision
