入选标准
- •elderly patients having grade 2 hypertension undergoing cataract surgery under peribulbar block, age between 60 to 75 years , BMI between 17.5 and 30 kg/m2, total body weight more than 50 kg , ASA physical status less than 3.
排除标准
- •includes patient refusal, low baseline HR less 40bpm, age >75 years, heart block of any degree, known valvular heart disease, known history of renal or hepatic impairment, severe left ventricular dysfunction, obesity BMI more than 30
