(1) There is a history of head trauma, and the diagnosis is confirmed by head imaging.
(2) Aged < 65 years.
(3) 6 hours after coma after injury. GCS score < 8 points.
(4) Those who have voluntarily signed informed consent;
(1) Pregnant women, people with previous mental illnesses and Alzheimer's disease;
(2) People with unconsciousness caused by primary diseases;
(3) Patients with severe vital signs disorder, irreversible brain stem damage, respiratory and circulatory failure during observation and treatment And serious complications such as high fever, infection, etc.
