Primiparous Women in the Reproductive Age of 15 to 49 Years
Singleton Pregnancy
Having a Sponsor to Receive Counseling
Mothers who have a history of taking neuropsychiatric drugs
Have underlying physical diseases (Cardio-respiratory disease, Seizures, Gestational or obvious diabetes, Epilepsy)
Mothers with high-risk pregnancies (Placental disorders, Diabetes, blood pressure, Uterine disorders, Fetal abnormalities before entering the study)
Hospitalization of the mother or the baby in the intensive care unit after delivery
Mothers with babies with anomalies
Single-parent mothers
Mothers who have a history of depression and mental illnesses during life or before pregnancy

Name Time Method Edinburgh depression questionnaire score. Timepoint: The second consultation session 15 days after delivery, the third consultation session 42 days after delivery, one month after the third consultation session. Method of measurement: Edinburgh depression questionnaire.

Name Time Method Barkin Maternal Performance Questionnaire score. Timepoint: The first consultation session 3 to 5 days after delivery, the third consultation session 42 days after delivery, one month after the third consultation session.
