Inclusion Criteria
Lumbosacral pain with radiation to below the knee, and irrespective to the aetiology (tumors and metastasis are excluded)
Participants aged between 20-80
No precipitating or previous disease or condition, as MS or Guillain-Barre,.....
Pain score more than 4 according to NRS schedule
Pain course more than 3 months
LBP with radiation to below the knee, leg pain more severe than LBP
Exclusion Criteria
Sensitivity to minocycline
Any neurologic, rheumatologic, cognitive, orthopedics disorders or infectious diseases
Use of rescue medicine
