Volunteers of both sexes; age between 18 and 50 years old; symptoms of low back pain persisting beyond the acute phase, defined as pain lasting more than 12 weeks or more; pain between 3 and 7 on the 10 cm visual analogue scale
Volunteers who have health problems (cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal impairment or any contraindication to exercising); be carrying out regular training (weight training exercises in the gym, running and other types of training); self-reported functional changes in the lower and upper limbs that prevent the execution of exercises and tests
