Inclusion Criteria
Clinical diagnosis of Bipolar/Unipolar depression or dysthymia
Aged 18 years and above
Individuals admitted in psychiatry ward of the selected hospital.
Patients with at least one adult care giver who stays with the patient more than a year
Able to verbally respond to questions
Exclusion Criteria
With primary diagnosis of any neurotic, organic or substance related disorders and Mental retardation.
Unwilling to participate in the study.
Participation in any other trials
