Group 1: Individuals above 18 years of age, with unilateral shoulder pain.
Group 2: Individuals with no history of shoulder pain matched for age range, gender and hand dominance
GROUP 1
1. Symptomatic neck and upper back disorders and, upper limb radicular pain
2. Traumatic shoulder injury (fractures, rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability/dislocation) less than 3 months old
3. Shoulder surgery within the past 3 months
4. Scoliosis
5. Diagnosed systemic or neurological diseases
6. Symptoms of myocardial ischemia
7. Unexplained redness/ swelling/ deformity/ mass around the shoulder joint
8. Diagnosed upper quadrant (arm, shoulder, neck or upper back) cancer/ bone metastasis
9. Rheumatic diseases
GROUP 2
1. Symptomatic neck and upper back disorders and, upper limb radicular pain
