Inclusion Criteria

• Age 18 and up
• Valid declaration of consent
• Women with skeletal remote metastasis and indication for surgical therapy according to the S3 guideline of the AWMF

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria for patients

• failed declaration of consent
• Pregnant women
• Patients who are not legally competent / capable of giving consent

Primary Outcome Measures

Tumor cell growth after therapy by MRI of the spine.<br>Comparison of preoperative tumor expansion, the postoperative ablation zone with the extent of tumor expansion in the control MRI after 6 months.
