Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Mothers having preterm neonates in NICU
  • Able to communicate \& read in Kannada or English
  • Able to give written consent and accessible in the hospital for 14 days
  • Mothers who are willing to share their experiences
  • Preterm neonates who are between 30\- 34 weeks of gestation during the time of study
  • Preterm neonates who are hemodynamically stable interms of vital parameters and under radiant warmer
  • Preterm neonates who can be handled by the mothers in NICU

Exclusion Criteria

  • Mothers who are physically sick and unable to visit the NICU
  • Mothers whose preterm neonates are on ventilator/ critical
  • Mothers whose preterm neonates are discharged before 14 days from hospital
  • Neonates who need surgical interventions or undergone any surgeries
  • Neonates who are on tube feeding during intervention
