Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mothers having preterm neonates in NICU
- •Able to communicate \& read in Kannada or English
- •Able to give written consent and accessible in the hospital for 14 days
- •Mothers who are willing to share their experiences
- •Preterm neonates who are between 30\- 34 weeks of gestation during the time of study
- •Preterm neonates who are hemodynamically stable interms of vital parameters and under radiant warmer
- •Preterm neonates who can be handled by the mothers in NICU
Exclusion Criteria
- •Mothers who are physically sick and unable to visit the NICU
- •Mothers whose preterm neonates are on ventilator/ critical
- •Mothers whose preterm neonates are discharged before 14 days from hospital
- •Neonates who need surgical interventions or undergone any surgeries
- •Neonates who are on tube feeding during intervention
