- •1.Patients belonging to the age category of 18 to 53 years.
- •2.Patients who have not used antibiotics antimicrobial or anti inflammatory drugs before surgery.
- •3.Patients with moderate surgical difficulty score on Pedersons index 4to6.
- •4.Patients with normal bleeding and clotting times
- •5.Patients who are nonsmokers.

- •1.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •2.Patients with presence of any systemic disorders.
- •3.Patients with previous history of radiation therapy.
- •4.Patients with previous history of allergy to anesthetic agent used.
- •5.Pregnant or lactating female subjects.
