Inclusion Criteria
Healthy subjects with normal BMI, non-smokers, who were not on dieting or were breakfast skipper, neither on any medication.
Diabetic subjects who are otherwise healthy only on oral hypoglycemic meds, not on insulin or on medication for other complication/s.
Exclusion Criteria
Healthy subjects: below or above the healthy BMI, out of the age range or those could not fit in the inclusion criteria
Diabetic subject: those who could not fit in the inclusion criteria
