Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients having at least two teeth bilaterally requiring the need of LA administration for treatment.
2. Anxious children who are potentially cooperative, children falling under Frankl II and III ,behavior rating scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children having mental disability,
2. Children having hearing or vision impairment or motor disability that would interfere with using of audio visual aids
