1. Both male and female patients between the age of 19 and 80.
2. Patients who have visited Kyung Hee University Oriental Medical Center and spine center of Kyung Hee University Oriental Medical Hospital at Gangdong with available MRI images
3. Patients diagnosed as isthmic or degenerative spondylolisthesis by a radiologist.
1. Patients with diseases other than spondylolisthesis such as malignant tumors, infections, and inflammative spondylitis.
2. Patients with poor MRI image quality.
3. Patients who have undergone surgery on lumbar vertebrae
4. Patients diagnosed with congenital, traumatic, metabolic, and iatrogenic spondylolisthesis.

Name Time Method The cross-sectional area of psoas major, multifidus, erector spinae(all measured at L4-5 level) divided by the cross-sectional area of the body of the adjacent vertebra(endplate of L5).
