- •ASA Grade I and II patients
- •Age between 20-65 years
- •Weight between 40-75kg
- •Patients of both sexes
- •Patients planned for elective surgery
- •All classes of MP grades
排除标准
- •Previous history of multiple /failed intubation
- •Predicted difficult laryngoscopy
- •Any pathology of the oral cavity that may obstruct the insertion of
- •Mouth opening less than 2.5cm
- •Potentially full stomach patients (trauma,morbid
- •obesity,pregnancy,history of gastric regurgitation and heart burn)and
- •at risk of oesophageal reflux (hiatus hernia
