1. Aged 19-50 years
2. Both male and female
3. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 to 22.9 kg/sqm
4. Female subject are not on menstruation
5. Be able to give inform consent to study participation
1. Have a history of illness with serious diseases, including CVS, neurological diseases, mental disorders, kidney, lung, and liver diseases.
2. Have a history of metabolic diseases, including DM, HT, DLP
3. Have a history of illness with gut motility, digestion and absorption.
4. Have a history of surgery on the digestive system.
5. Have a history of allergy to component of food tested.
6. Have a history of allergic reaction to contrast media.
7. Female subject during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
8. Have a history of drug treatment within 2 weeks prior to the study.
9. Have an abnormal of screening lab test, including CBC, blood sugar, lipid profile, liver function, and kidney function.
