Name Time Method Main Objective: The primary aim of the present study is to determine how nebivolol, carvedilol and metoprolol affects central arterial pressure and aortic pulse wave velocity ;Secondary Objective: The secondary aim of the present study is to compare the efficacy of nebivolol, carvedilol and metoprolol in reducing central arterial pressure and aortic pulse wave velocity.;Primary end point(s): Primary end-points are changes in central arterial systolic pressure and aortic pulse wave velocity after 3 months of treatment.
