Inclusion Criteria
- Aged >= 18years;<br>2. Patients receiving mechanical ventilation for the first time; <br>3. Mechanical ventilation patients who failed to wean repeatedly for 2 weeks; <br>4. The patient's basic condition is stable (vital signs are stable, infection is effectively controlled, nervous system function is stable, etc.); <br>5. Informed consent signed by family members;
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients whose condition has not been stable or continues to deteriorate (such as acute cardiovascular events, progressive aggravation of neurological signs, new lesions or bleeding tendency, etc.); <br>2. Patients with EDP contraindication (such as malignant tumor patients, pacemakers, local skin lesions of irritation sites, electric stimulation of allergy, active pulmonary tuberculosis and other infectious diseases, pneumothorax patients, etc.) <br>3. The vital signs fluctuated greatly during EDP treatment.
