Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.undergoing laparoscopic surgery
- •2.should have ACE-III score more than 88 in preoperative period
- •3. should be receiving opioids in intraoperative and postoperative period
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. history of dementia
- •2. history of alcohol, chronic opioid or other substance abuse
- •3. history of cerebral surgeries, stroke
- •4. history suggestive of psychiatric disease like schizophrenia, dementia
- •5. prescription of central nervous system-active medications
