入选标准
- •1. Diagnosis of Mania, according to International Classification of Diseases-10 Diagnostic
- •Criteria for Research (ICD-10)
- •2. Patients aged between 18-59 years.
- •3. Patients giving written informed consent.
- •4. Right handed, Normo-tensive patient.
- •5. Moderate to severe illness :Baseline YMRS Score > 26
排除标准
- •1. Neurological disorders with history of epilepsy, organic brain damage or any
- •neurological procedures.
- •2. Subjects with pacemakers or other metal parts in the body.
- •3. Subjects who have received ECT in past 6 months.
- •4. Any co morbid psychosis or substance use disorders except nicotine and caffeine (as
- •per ICD-10 DCR)
- •5. Significant unstable medical condition like uncontrolled hypertension, complicated
- •diabetes mellitus or any organ failure.
