Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Diagnosis of Obsessive\-Compulsive Disorder using Diagnostic Criteria for Research (DCR) of ICD 11 DCR supplemented with ICD 11 for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics (February 2022 edition)
  • 2\. Y\-BOCS score of 15 or above
  • 3\. Age between 18\-60 years of either sex
  • 4\. Right\-handed
  • 5\. Patients giving written informed consent
  • 6\. Patient should be on antiobsessive medication for at least 4 weeks

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Co\-morbid severe depression as measured by a HAM\-D score of 23 or more
  • 2\. Patients with co\-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder
  • 3\. History of epilepsy, significant head injury or any neurosurgical procedure.
  • 4\. Patient with presence of pacemaker or other electronic implant, metal or magnetic objects in the brain.
