Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosis of OCD, according to International Classification of Diseases â?? 10 Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders: Diagnostic Criteria for Research (ICD\-10 DCR).
- •2\. Moderate to severe illness. Baseline Y\-BOCS Score \> or equal to 24\.
- •3\. Age between 18\-59 years.
- •4\. Right handed, normotensive patients.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Neurological disorders such as epilepsy, organic brain damage or any neurological procedures.
- •2\. Pacemakers or other metal parts in the body.
- •3\. ECT in past 6 months.
- •4\. Any co morbid psychosis (F20\-F29\), Bipolar disorder or substance use disorders except nicotine and caffeine.
