Inclusion Criteria

1. Marathi speaking individual with CLBP of both the gender in the age group of 18-65years.

2. Non-specific CLBP of more than 3 months duration having a mean pain frequency of

>=3days/week.

3.Not receiving concurrent rehabilitation during the study and willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant women and women up to 12 months postpartum.

2. Any structural impairment, pelvic inflammatory disorder, radicular symptoms, fracture or surgical intervention of the spine in the last year.

3. Patients with an uncontrolled mental health condition (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder) resulting in a negative effect on successful participation.

4. Patients having specific pathologies, malignancy or cancer-related pain.

Primary outcome measures: The primary outcome measures are: pain intensity measuredwith the Numerical Rating of Pain Scale (NRS), perceived disability based on the Roland-MorrisDisability Questionnaire(RMDQ)and qualityof life(QoL).Timepoint: All primary outcomes are evaluated at three time points as follows: at baseline (Day 1), after Week 1 and at the end of one-month follow-up (Week4).
