Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1&2
-Body weight of 45-65kg
-Undergoing elective resection of nasal
polyps(duration 60-70 minutes)
Exclusion Criteria
-History of allergy to these drugs
-Patient with pre-existing bledding and coagulation abnormalities
-History of hypertension,CAD,renal and hepatic dysfunction
-Patient not willing to participate in study
-Cerebral insuffciency
-H/o recurrent sinus surgery
-Orbital abscess
-CSF leak with or without CSF Rhinorrhea
