Inclusion Criteria

absence of acute or chronic diseases, written informed consent, consent to adhere to the study protocol.

Exclusion Criteria

The presence of any one of the following exclusion criteria will lead to exclusion of the participant: Current medication (except hormonal contraceptives), past or present drug abuse except nicotin, any neurological or psychiatric condition (past or present), previous traumatic brain injury or longer loss of consciousness, previous neuro-surgery.

Additional EEG-specific exclusion criteria:
Inability to sit still for a longer period (sneezing, cuffing, itching, trembling, twitching, pain, etc.), left handedness, pacemaker, dependence on a hearing aid, claustrophobia, people with rastas or bald head

Additional MRI-specific exclusion criteria:
Subjects with MRI-incompatible metal parts in the body (implants, chips, etc. – see special safety questionnaire in the appendix), inability to lie still for a longer period (sneezing, cuffing, itching, trembling, twitching, pain, etc.), claustrophobia, dependence on a hearing aid, possibility of the presence of any metal fragments in the body (e.g. shell splinters), pregnancy (checked by a urinary pregnancy test immediately prior to the experiment).

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
o primary outcome. The goal is to apply new computational models to data from five behavioral L&DM tasks (checking task, reversal task, set-shifting task, volatility task) and describe the individual extent of compulsive traits in the healthy population. Additionally, in order to determine neurophysiological correlates of the computational quantities in our mathematical models, we will measure brain activity with EEG and fMRI.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
o secondary outcome
