Included are 8 - 14 year old children and adolescents in Berlin, who are affiliated to an outpatient (day group) and/or (partial) inpatient youth welfare facility according to SGB VIII §32 and/or §34 and who have a signed declaration of consent from a custodial person.
Exclusion criteria are
a missing or revoked declaration of consent
acute mental distress (psychotic episode, suicidal tendency)
severe intelligence impairment
restrictions in reading and language comprehension in German (regarding app usage)
no possession of a compatible smartphone (Android 10.0 or higher operating system)

Name Time Method Based on usage behavior via usage data (data collection via internal server after the intervention), the feasibility of the app is assessed. In addition, a self-created interview was used to ask professionals at the facility about the feasibility (acceptance, feasibility) of the intervention.
