Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 18yrs
- •ASA grade 1 \& 2
- •GCS 15 prior to surgery
- •Elective intracranial tumour resection
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic alcoholism
- •Prior history of psychiatric disease
- •Hepatic or renal derangements
- •Epilepsy surgeries
- •Patients on mechanical ventilation for \> 72 hrs post surgery
- •Patients with bilateral hearing loss or blindness.
- •Redo surgery within 48 hrs.
