入选标准
- •physical status class 1 or 2 of the age group 18 to 65 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries with IAP of 12-14 mmHg in trendelenburg position 15°-45°.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •2.Patients younger than 18 years
- •3.Patient with glaucoma or pre-existing ophthalmic diseases other than myopia or hypermetropia
- •4.Patient with history of ophthalmic surgery
- •5.Any acute or chronic ocular infections
- •6.Patient with neurological illness or history of neurological surgeries
- •7.Patient with history of allergy to study drugs
- •8.Patient with history of bradycardia or cardiac conduction defects
- •9.Body mass index (BMI) greater that 35 kg/m2
- •10.Patient requiring trendelenburg position of >45°
