Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •physical status class 1 or 2 of the age group 18 to 65 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries with IAP of 12\-14 mmHg in trendelenburg position 15°\-45°.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •2\.Patients younger than 18 years
- •3\.Patient with glaucoma or pre\-existing ophthalmic diseases other than myopia or hypermetropia
- •4\.Patient with history of ophthalmic surgery
- •5\.Any acute or chronic ocular infections
- •6\.Patient with neurological illness or history of neurological surgeries
- •7\.Patient with history of allergy to study drugs
- •8\.Patient with history of bradycardia or cardiac conduction defects
- •9\.Body mass index (BMI) greater that 35 kg/m2
- •10\.Patient requiring trendelenburg position of \>45°
