physical status class 1 or 2 of the age group 18 to 65 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries with IAP of 12-14 mmHg in trendelenburg position 15°-45°.
1.Patient refusal to participate in the study
2.Patients younger than 18 years
3.Patient with glaucoma or pre-existing ophthalmic diseases other than myopia or hypermetropia
4.Patient with history of ophthalmic surgery
5.Any acute or chronic ocular infections
6.Patient with neurological illness or history of neurological surgeries
7.Patient with history of allergy to study drugs
8.Patient with history of bradycardia or cardiac conduction defects
9.Body mass index (BMI) greater that 35 kg/m2
10.Patient requiring trendelenburg position of >45°
