Inclusion Criteria
1.Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx
2.Karnofsky Performance Status � 80
3.Patient fit for concurrent chemotherapy
4.Patientââ?¬•s willingness to give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1.All Post operative cases of head and neck cancers
2.Cancers of oral cavity, larynx, hypopharynx, nasopharynx
