Inclusion Criteria

Diabetes type 2 diagnosis; BMI between 20 and 35;
Willingness to consume 2-2.5 liters of mineral water daily for 12 weeks.

Exclusion Criteria

Insulin therapy; recent (<2 months) change in medications or supplements affecting blood glucose; diagnosed blood coagulation disorders as well as taking anticoagulant medications such as Marcumar (except ASA); participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days
